Announcing Immunet Protect Beta 1.0.22

Hello everyone and Happy New Year! Many of you have noticed we have posted a new build to our website. This build takes us to 1.0.22. This is what I will call an interim build that is designed to actually get our user community ready for 1.0.23.

The 1.0.22 build contains the following changes.

Enhanced Driver Support. We have added new logic to our installation process that allows us to avoid some driver conflicts we have been seeing with certain backup software packages and Anti-Virus packages.
Bug Fixes. We have fixed a series of in-field issues that were resulting in Agent and UI crashes. These were primarily being seen on Windows XP SP2/SP3 systems.
New Cloud Engine. This release contains our newest addition to our Cloud Engine family, we are calling it ETHOS. The ETHOS engine has been shipped in this release but it is not turned on yet by default. We expect to enable it in the near future. Once we do enable it, I will post a new blog entry speaking to the engine in much more detail. Expect that within the next 2 weeks, possibly sooner.
New Side-by-Side Support. We now support side by side installs with QuickHeal Anti-Virus and A-Squared Anti-Virus.

We are not forcing an automated upgrade for this release. If you wish to upgrade manually, by all means please do so. Remember, you will need to uninstall and reboot before you install 1.0.22.
